ABSOLUTELY loved this hotel!
fruit selection helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was great (especially the fresh fruit!). The staff members were ALWAYS smiling and ready to help with directions. I ALSO loved the ice cream happy hour EACH day and the location was really close to Nana BTS.

well-equipped gym friendly staff rattling noise toilet flush
the gym was well-equipped (i like to keep up my routine). everything was super clean and well kept. the staff were friendly. i appreciated the central courtyard pool and the privacy it gave.
the air conditioning made a rattling noise. it made sleeping impossible. the toilet flush kept breaking down and i found it pointless to call reception as no one ever answered.

I loved the room! The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. I really liked the quietness, it reminded me of a resort! I would definitely return.
